Wendy Moore


Wendy Moore began her career in real estate in the year 2005, gaining fundamental knowledge working in a small firm as the office administrator. She quickly discovered her love for real estate and obtained her salesperson license in 2007. Since then she has continuously ranked with the “best of the best,” receiving numerous sales awards year after year in her regions.

Never satisfied with being “just average,” she strives on upgrading her skills, performance and certifications, thus becoming a licensed broker associate in 2014. Wendy prides herself on dedication to communication. Her personal mission is to always exceed her client’s expectations, making her “better, faster, and stronger” placing her far ahead of the competition.

It’s great to be working with the Moore Quality Real Estate team. We have such a great group here in Acton and I look forward to this new opportunity to share, grow and work toward a common goal.

Mark’s family moved to the AV during his 8th grade school year, a huge shock back then coming from the San Fernando Valley. Born and raised in Southern California, Mark began selling real estate full time back in 1995, when the market was tough and getting tougher. The “Out of the frying pan” phrase comes to mind since he had to learn all about short sales and HUD homes as pricing continued to fall, it was hard work supporting his young family. Within just a couple years though, Mark was ranked in the top 20% nationally and has continued to strive to be the best.  Always striving to learn new things and grow with the ever changing real estate markets.

Neill Hernandez


Neill is an experienced salesman. In fact, he’s been selling most of his life. At a very young age, Neill was inspired by his grandfather’s ability to connect with customers while watching him sell shoes. Neill is passionate about the needs and goals of his clients, and he specializes in bringing a win-win to every sale. When making the decision to jump into real estate in 2005, Neill found success very quickly by earning a spot in the top 5% of most successful listing agents in his first year. His passion for real estate has also led him to teaching and training other REALTORS on how he has become successful and how they can do the same. Neill is always on the cutting edge of technology and social media, and he uses it to enhance his career and the sale of every home. In his spare time he enjoys hanging out with friends, going to concerts, and watching music documentaries.
